Refunds
Tuition fees will not be refunded except in the following cases.
- If a Certificate of Eligibility is not issued
→ If the Certificate of Admission is returned, payments will be refunded excluding the application fee. - If an application for an entry visa is not approved by a Japanese diplomatic mission abroad (visa issuance refused)
→ If the Certificate of Admission is returned and documentation proving that the visa was not issued is submitted, payments will be refunded excluding the application fee. - If the applicant withdraws from admission for personal reasons
→ If the Certificate of Eligibility and Certificate of Admission are returned, payments will be refunded excluding the application fee and admission fee.
