Application Guidelines

Application Period

Applications may close before the end of the application period once capacity is reached.
However, the regulations established by the Fukuoka Regional Immigration Services Bureau may change each year, so please contact the school first. (Tel 096-353-6393)

Application Eligibility

1. Applicants who have completed 12 years or more of school education, or an equivalent course, in a country other than Japan.
2. Applicants who, in principle, have passed a Japanese language proficiency examination recognized by the Immigration Services Agency of Japan at a level equivalent to N5 (CEFR A1) or above and are able to submit a certificate of passing or other proof.
   In addition, the school will conduct interviews and other screening procedures to confirm the applicant's Japanese language ability and willingness to study.
3. Applicants whose purpose of study and plans after graduation are clear and who have a specific purpose for studying Japanese at this school.
4. Applicants whose tuition fees, living expenses, and other costs during the period of study at this school can be appropriately guaranteed by the applicant or a financial sponsor.
