“４つの大切な価値”手作りポスター

The English Language Department had its Kick Off Meeting/Training last April 3^rd at Kamitori. 
In the meeting, one of the important points we focused on was how we as teachers at the YMCA are  making a difference in nurturing our students not only by teaching them English but also teaching  them the importance of the 4 Core Values(4CV): Caring, Respect, Honesty and Responsibility.

4月3日にYMCAこどもえいごの先生たちが集まってミーティングを行いました。
この時に特に話し合ったのは、YMCAこどもえいごスクールでは英語だけではなく“４つの大切な価値（おもいやり、尊敬、正直、責任）”をメンバーたちに伝えていくことの大切さでした。

Our teachers came up with their original handmade posters to be able to promote Character Development and the 4CV with their students as well as the parents. It was quite impressive how our teachers can be really creative with our Character Development Program in the Language English Department. Great Job, Teachers!

先生たちはグループに分かれて、
それぞれ“４つの大切な価値”を広げるためのポスターを作りました。
どのポスターもとてもクリエイティブで素晴らしいものばかりでしたので、ご紹介します。

○卵からヒナがかえり、成長してまた次の卵へとつながっていくように、
