【Aso Global Kids】Activity report on August 5th
August 5, 2023 It's time for Global Kids Club again! It was a very sunny and hot day today. In Morning Activities, we practiced asking each other about our feelings. Are you hot? Are you sad? Today we focused on the letter "Uu". We learned words starting with Uu... umbrella, up. 
This month, the theme of Morning English #1 is "outer space". We learned words about space. We talked about stars, the Earth, and planets. It was interesting to learn the names of the planets. After that, we played games to help us memorize the new words. 
For Morning English #2 we learned about Canada and continued to practice talking about occupations. First, we connected online with members of the Minami Global Kids Club and learned about Canada together. We listened to a presentation from two little girls from Canada!! We were happy to see our friends in Minami Center.
After that, we played a board game using the occupation words that we learned in July. There was a heart-pounding zone along the way, and it was a lot of fun.
For Craft Time today, we made fans!! We drew the planets, stars, and comets that we learned about on the fans! We will finish them next week!
